If initial price of 3 screwdrivers = initial price of 3 hammers = Rs 100.
Final price of 3 screwdrivers Rs 105.
Final price of 3 hammers = Rs 97.
Final price of 3 screwdrivers and 3 hammers = Rs 202
Initial price of 3 screwdrivers and 3 hammers = Rs 200
% increase in price of 3 screwdrivers and 3 hammers = 100*2/200= 1%

let initial price of screwdriver and hammer is 100.
after changing in prices
screwdriver =105 and hammer=97
for 1 hammer and 1 driver before changing prices total cost=200
after changing prices total cost=202
then %change is 1% (for 1 hammer and 1 driver)
therfore,for 3 hammer and 3 drivers it will be 3%.

let the initial price of a screwdriver and a hammer be rs 100 each .
then,
3SD +3H = 600
according to the question ,
5% increased for SD and 3% increased for H
3SD+3H = 624
required percentage = 24/600* 100
= 4% ..

then,
3SD +3H = 600
according to the question ,
5% increased for SD and 3% decreased for H
3SD+3H = 3*105 + 3*97
required percentage = 6/600* 100
= 1%
