c)220 according to question 250+x : 700-x-y :490 +y = 2:3:4.....total expense= 250+700+490=1440..it should be divided among three as 320,480,640(in ratio of 2:3:4)...so A pay 70 and C pay 150 so they together pay 70+150=220 RS

2x+3x+4x=250+700+490=1440
x=160
A pay 320
b pay 480
c pay 640
but b pay 700 so a and c together pay 220

total expenses=250+700+490=1440
a's share=2/(2+4+3)=320
c's share=4/(2+4+3)=640
a's remaining=320-250=70
c'remaining=640-490=150
total maoney give both a,c to b is 70+150=220

1440/9=160
A:2*160= 320 B:3*160=480 C:4*160=640
