As sum of digits is 43,
5 digits can be
9,9,9,9,7
or
9,9,9,8,8
Difference of sum of digits at even places and odd places should be 11.
so numbers will be of type
9X9X9
where Xs can be replaced by 8,8 or 9,7 or 7,9.

so only 3 combinations are possible to get 97999, 99979 and 98989.

97999, 99979 and 98989 are the 3 numbers divisible by 11 with sum of digits 43.
