I think there is no correct answer because D and E can complete within 12 days and when F is also ready to work with D and E obviously time required is is less than 12 days.

Given, D+E --> 12 days and E+F--> 20 days
Therefore, Total work done = L.C.M. of 12 and 20 = 60
=> Rate of work for D+E = 60/12 = 5 -->equation 1
Rate of work for E+F = 60/20 = 3 -->equation 2

Now, we'll have to find the rate of work for D+E+F to calculate the no. of days... but how !!!
Here data is insufficient only 2 equations and 3 variables are there !!!
