Ans : (3) 50%
Initial concentration 100*2/5=40%
50% of solution has 1 part of milk and 1.5 part of water
adding 2.5 parts of water(50% of initial mixture) will give 1 part of milk and 4 parts of water
so concentration of solution is 100*1/5=20%
Reduction in concentration = 100*(40-20)/40 = 50%
