set x => 70/100 in 7 min
=> In 1 min, 1/10th tank is filled

set Y => 3/8 in 3 min
=> In 1 min, 1/8 th tank is filled

set Z => 5/10 in 10 min => In 1 min, 1/20th tank is emptied

=> In 1 min,
(1/10) + (1/8) - (1/20) = 7/40 th tank is filled

Time required to fill full tank = 40/7 min
