Looking at options, it seems the 5 people who can steer in one particular direction only are taken in the team directly, remaining 3 members are to be chosen from a team of 7, and arranged.

Hence, 5c5*7c3*4p2*4p3*3!

Choose, 3 people from 7, then first make those people sit who can steer in particular directions. Hence, 4p2(for 2ppl who steer left side), then 4p3 (steer right) and remaining are for the normal persons (3!)

Answer: 5c5*7c3*4p2*4p3*3! = 60480
