since ratio be 3:2 let there is 100 students so there are 60 boys and 40 girls.so 60/40=3:2.now we find 80% of boys who are not scholarship holder so 80% of 60 is 48.now we find out 75% of girls who are not scholarship holder so 75% of 40 is 30.

so total number who are not scholarship holder is 48+30=78

ratio of boys n girls=3x:2x
total boys, those who are not scholarship holder=3x/5x*80=48
total girls, those who are not scholarship holder=2x/5x*75=30
so, 48+30=78

No of students holding scholarship is boys= 0.75x, girls = 0.5x
% of students not holding scholarship is, ((2.25x+1.5x)/5x)*100= 75%

boys=3x
girls=2x
total students=5x
20% of 3x=3x/5
25% of 2x=x/2
scholarship holders=3x/5+x/2=11x/10
non scholarship holders=5x-11x/10=39x/10
so % of those=(39x/10)/5x*100=78
