ANS: 4 min.
Rix can collect 45 pieces in 60 seconds and Rax can collect the same in 90 seconds which means that Rax can collect 30 pieces in 60 seconds. SO Rix and Rax can together collect 75 pieces (45 + 30) collectively in 60 seconds (1 min).
SO to collect 300 pieces together, they take (1/75)*300 min i.e; 4 min.

45/60+45/90=300/x
x=240sec=4min

no. of pieces rax collect in 1 min 45/1.5 = 30
since in 1 min they both collect number of pieces = 45+30 = 75
So, they will collect 300 pieces in 300/75 = 4

since rix take 45 pieces in 1 minute and rax take 45 pieces in 1/2 minute so in
1 1/2 minute they together take 90 pieces so in 3 minute they together take 180 pieces. in next 1 1/2 they take another 90 pieces so total they take 270 in
4 1/2 minute.now if they take 3 minute to take 180 pieces so they take 60 pieces in 1 minute so take 1/2 minute to take 30 pieces.so they total take

1 1/2+1 1/2+1 1/2+1/2 minutes=5 minutes

answer 4 minutes, rix take 1 sec to collect 0.75 pieces and rax take 1 sec to collect 0.5 pieces so totally two persons are collect pieces 1 min 75 pieces and 4 min they are collect 300 pieces
