Let us divide 6 hens in 3 batches. 1st batch with 2 hens. 2nd batch with 2 hens. 3rd batch with 2 hens. 1st batch- 2 hens give 2 eggs in 2 days. so, 2 hens will give 6 eggs in 6 days. 2nd batch- 2 hens will give 6 eggs in 6 days. 3rd batch- 2 hens will give 6 eggs in 6 days. so, totally, 6 hens will give 6+6+6=18 eggs

2h gives 6e in 6d
6h gives 3*6=18e in 6d
