answer is 3) 1d3e ..let me explain
position of vowels i.e a,e,i,o,u
1,2,3,4,5
so simple consonant +1 and position of letters in vowels
i.e
acid =
a=>position of a in vowels which is 1
c=>c+1=d
i=>position of i in vowels which is 3
d=>d+1=e
so answer is 3) 1d3e
