total possible words= 4!= 24
when A is at first place then the other three letters can be arranged in 3! ways in the remaining three positions.
therefore total no. of words begining with A=3!=6
similarly,
total no. of words begining with D=6
total no. of words begining with R=6
now keeping W at first position,
according to alphanumeric order the next word is wadr and it is the 19th word.
the second word is ward according to alphanumeric order and it is 20th word.
so WARD is the 20th word in the arrngement.

first of all arrange the words in alphabetical order like a,d,r,w
a---=3!
d---=3!
r---=3!
ward=1
so the position of ward would be 19

ans = 20th
arranging in alphabetic order,(A,D,R,W)
no of words starting with A = 3!
no of words starting with D = 3!
no of words starting with R = 3!
no of words starting with WA= D,R & R,D(required) = 2nd
position = 3!+3!+3!+2=20
