Initial quantity of milk =

Initial quantity of water = 60 - 24 = 36 liter

Final mixture will have milk and water in equal proportions. Total quantity will remain same as 60 liter. Therefore,
Final quantity of milk = 30 liter
Final quantity of water = 30 liter
