Answer is option D=14
Go with an option:
Take option D
Take left hand side equation first and sub value for n as 14
14P3=2184
2184*5=10920----->1
Take right hand side now and substitute value for n as 14

n+1P3=14+1P3=15P3=2730
2730*4=10920------->2

1=2 so ans is 14
