Since the 3digit number contains 0 as one of its digit, we can certainly say that it has to be placed in the ten's place. This is so because the difference between the 3 milestones has to be same.
And it is bound to be in the range of 40-50 as in the first case digits are reversed and in the second case it attains a 3-digit value.

Possibly number can be:
15............51............105
But difference is unequal

Checking for
16.............61...............106
Difference=106-61=61-16=45
Hence the speed is 45km/hr

45!!!......total 3 hrs and for distance trail and error method

finally will get speed=135/3==45
