1*3*3*3=27,,,,,,SINCE IN THE 4TH POSITION WE CAN USE ANY OF THE TWO THREES,,,,,IT WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFF,,,,AND WE NEED DISTINCT,,,,,

If no starts from 3 then possible ways are 1*3*3*3=27 Similarly If starts from 4 the possible ways are 1*3*3*3=27 So The number of numbers that are greater than 3000 is 27 + 27 = 54

But, 3222, 4222, is not possible as there are only two 2's, 3333 is not possible as there are only three 3's

∴ The total number of numbers that are greater than 3000 is 54 - 3 = 51.
