just divide 68.7 by 0.1,so the answer will be=(68.7/0.1)sec=687 sec=11 min. 27 sec

look dear friend,
one Byte = 8 bits
the internet speed is always calculated in bits. so when your internet speed is 512Kb, it means that your download speed is 64KB max. with 64KBs you can download one MegaByte in 15.625 seconds.

so the ans will be 68.7*8/0.1=5496 seconds
