49TH WORD is obviously going to start with AR and the 49th would be AREMST...as the alphabets following AR would be EMST

first arrange the given word in alphabetical order i.e AEMRST
then the words starting with AE is arranged in 4! ways i.e 24
then the words starting with AM is arranged in 4! ways i.e 24
so 49th word will definetely start with AR so remaining words
in alphabetical order is EMST
so 49th word is AREMST

alphabetically 1st alphabet will be a upto 120 words so 1st place is "a". then due to combination of other 5 alphabet we will get 24 combination for each alphabet at second position so second alphabet for 49 th word is "am". so 49th word will be "amerst".
