now the train produces 2 sounds let it be Sound A and Sound B
p=either train produces Sound A four times or it is Sound B
probabilty that train makes sound A consecutively two times is 1/2*1/2
similarly train makes Sound B consecutively two times 1/2*1/2
so p=1/4 + 1/4 =1/2

there are 4 slots probability of both tunes of same type.
1/2*1/2*1/2*1/2+1/2*1/2*1/2*1/2=1/8

the toy train first produce two different sounds....then with respect of this the probability for consecutive music tones of same type is (1/2)^5
