Ans:-5
their is 3 head and 3 tail.
2 tail cut--1 head grow.--1 cut
remain 3 head,1tail.
2 head cut ---no grow --2 cut
remain 1 head and 1 tail
1 tail cut -- 2 tail grow --3 cut
remain 1 head and 2 tail
2 tail cut -- 1 head grow --4 cut
remain 2 head
2 head cut --nothing grow --5 cut
total 5 cuts

1 cut two tail=4 head 1 tail
2 cut 1 tail=4 head 2 tail
3cut 1 tail= 4 head 3 tail
4 cut 1 tail=4 head 4 tail
5 cut 2 tail= 5 head 2 tail
6 cut 2 tail=6 head 0 tail
7,8,9 cut 2 heads one by one.
therefore ladies and gentleman our ans is 9.

initially heads=3, tails=3
cut 2 tails -> heads=4,tails=1
cut 2 heads -> heads=2, tails=1
cut 1 tail-> heads=2,tails=2
cut 1 tail-> heads=2,tails=3
cut 1 tail-> heads=2, tails=4
cut 2 tails-> heads=3,tails=2
cut 2 tails-> heads=4,tails=0
cut 2 heads-> heads=2,tails=0
cut 2 heads -> heads=0,tails=0.

9 times ... 1st he slice the tails the tail the haed 3 times and chops 3 times tail and again makes 2halves finally 9th time he kills
