Dear team member,
We are doing project"visitor guide".It is very important to submit our weekly time sheet to higher authority.so submit your time sheet on regular basis by friday.
The person who will fail to adhere will lead to loss of pay. Sub: Regarding the Irregularity in submission of weekly time sheets
This is to inform all the team members that time sheets filling applications
can be accessed online during the actual working hours. Failure of filling the time sheets regularly
may lead to strict actions and loss of pay. They should be regularly filled every week by
friday as they are used to bill client. Failure to adhere may lead to loss of pay.

Dear team members.
As per my acknowledgement, some of you are not submitting the weekly time sheets regularly, which should be used to bill client. So i would like to inform you that by this Friday time sheets filling application can be accessed online, So you all have to submit it every week without any failure to adhere, and you must to mention your actual working hours on that. Please be careful and do not default otherwise it can be lead to loss of pay for you.

Dear team members,
I have noticed that many of the team members are not filling the time sheets regularly. As these sheets can be accesssed online, it will lead to loss of pay, if you fail to fill the sheets every week. Make sure you donot default. This is to bill client. Now, you are asked to fill your pending sheets during actual hours by Friday. Donot failure to adhere. Hereafter your sheets will be accessed through "Time sheet filling application"

I would like to grab you attention. You are not submitted your weekly time shit that can be accessed online. If you are not submitting this stuffs you lead to loss of pay. Every week please do not default to submit sheets. that sheets are used to bill a client.

Dear All,

This is to remind you about the requirement of filling TIME SHEET FILLING APPLICATION FORM.

It has been brought to my notice that many of you are not filling the time sheet regularly, which can be accessed online and which is to be filled and submitted by Friday of every week.

This data in the form of actual working hours is used to bill client and therefore is a very important tool for all financial purposes.

Please do not default on this as failure to adhere might result in loss of pay.

Please donot default it as it is the medium used by clients to measure the progress of project by viewing actual working hours by friday.
