Dear sir,
The project on escalation,requested by one of our clients has been delayed by a week. The delay in project was due to some strong technical issues. The client visited our company and requested to meet you. However, he had a talk with the team leader and conveyed his emergency,since you were out of office. The team leader promised the client on the completion of the 1 billion dollar project and planned a meeting on 8th Sept 2013.So I would like to confirm your date,and make sure if you could attend the meeting.

Sir,
I am writing to you to confirm if you would be attending the meeting that we are conducting regarding the Nigerian client visit which is scheduled to be held on 8th sept 2013 in an emergency. We've got to know that there is an escalation required in the other project that you've been working in and you have to avoid the delay in it. So can you get out of office as our project is concerned with making around 1 billion dollar deal and is of utmost importance to all of us at this crucial point of time. Dear Sir,

This is to bring in your notice that the project on escalation as requested by one of our clients has been delayed due to strong technical issues. The clint visited today and wanted to meet you. But, as you were out of office he conveyed his emergency to the team leader. The team leader assured him about the successful completion of the one billion dollar project and arranged a meeting on 8th September 2013.I request you to confirm the timings and date and make sure if you could attend the meeting.

The project titled escalation has been delayed fora week due to some technical reason.Emergency situation arises as client visited our company and met with team leader and requested for a meeting.The meeting is going to be held on 8th Sept 2013 at central avenue out of office as project comprises 1 billion dollar.
