The project on Multi Vendor Integration is facing a delay as its activities and status are lacking control by a top priority as our project leader has resigned abruptly and there are very less person left.The project needs availability of a higher authority.We have conducted a meeting for the same at wednesday afternoon and request you to come to the meeting and want your clarification over this matter.

Dear sir,
The project status of Multi Vendor Integration is on pending mode, as the project team leader has left the company abrubtly, due to some personal issues. An availability of a top priority manager for handling the project within deadline is needed. Hence a meeting is being planned on Wednesday to make clarifications on this matter. So we all request you to attend the meeting so that we can put things in the right place and take further steps together.

I would like you to highlight on issues regarding top priority project titled 'Multivendor Integration '. The project leader abruptly resigned the company due to which the status of many activities is idle. I would like to highlight on the status of projet Multi Vendor Integration ,it is going to be on pending mode because of the following reasons
1 The project leader has resigned abruptly
2 A number of project members also resigned
3 Handling of project to different available employ is done by higher authorities after meeting

we realize how disappointing news is this for you ,we are highly oblized to take this project very seriosly.for this purpose higher authrities make a back up plan for the future project, on the same condtion the project is automatically handover to backup project leader

I am writing this to requesting for attend the meeting.The project status of Multi vendor integration is on pending mode and the activities of this project are stopped due to the top level person left abruptly. So the availability of high authority person oi needed to complete the project with in a dead line. I would like to request you to come to the meeting that was arranged this wednesday afternoon regarding the new idea. All of them seek clarifications regarding the multi vendor integration which was the main part of our project. These activities and the status of the idea is dealt with someone that the person left so abruptly. S o you have to take initiative and your availability for the meeting will be given the top priority.
