Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that last week I visited your restaurant with one of my friends. We reserved a table in advance but when we reached there we had to wait for about half an hour to get a table. We noticed bad service from waiters and even their behaviour was rude. The food arrived very late and that too was cold. Surprisingly, they even brought the bill very late. I request you to kindly take an immediate action so as to preserve the reputation of your restaurant.

Dear Sir,
I had visited your restaurant this weekend with my friend from Bangalore. Even though we had a reservation they made us to wait for a half an hour. We had a bad service. The waiters were rude towards us and made us to wait for a long time. The food arrived late and was too cold to eat. Even the bill was late. And we were surprised to see the amount.
Hope you will act immediately on this issue which in turn helps you to save the good reputation you have in the city.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I visited your restaurant last week with one of my friends from Bangalore.Our table was reserved in advance yet we had to wait for half an hour to get it. The waiters were also talking rudely and giving bad service. The food also arrived after long time yet cold. The bill also was given late surprisingly. I am sure you will act immediately in this regard to prevent the good reputation of your restaurant.

Dear restaurant owner,
I had visited your restaurant on last weekend with my friend from Bangalore.I had done my reservation advance nevertheless we had to wait for half an hour.After getting seat we observed the bad service of your management.Behaviour of waiters of this restaurant was rude.they were taking long time to deliver the food.After many time when food arrive it was totally cold.At the time of getting bill they also come late.We are totally become surprised after seeing your restaurant condition.You should take act immediately to maintain your good reputation.
