paint any one side of cube.
1)paint on the opposite side.
2)paint on any of the 4 adjacent sides.

ans is 2
paint on one side of d cube.... the condition given here is wen on suitable rotation the paint is carried to another which means when a face is turned the adjent side havin the same paint is same... so all the 5 sides will b adjacent to one side... one will b exactly opposite to that side
selecting one adjacent side== 1 way
selecting the opposite one== 2nd way
so total== 2 ways

Total face=6(as it is a cube)
choose 1 face in 6C1=6 ways .
now out of 5 faces choose 1 face in 5C1=5 ways .
This can be done by 6*5=30 ways.

1 side can painted in 6c1=6 ways
now the next side painted can be only opposite side, therefore 1c1=1 ways

6c1*1c1=6*1=6
