num=357*x+5;
num=17(21*x)+5;
so no when divided by 17 gives 5 as remainder

num is dividend= divisor*quotient+rem
num=(357*q+5)-> eq1 on dividing with 357 rem is 5
=> (357*q+5)/357=5 => (357*q/357) +(5/357)= 5
=> q=5-(5/357)
q=(1780/357) on substituting this in eq1 we get num=1785 which is divisible by 357, to get rem=5 we add +5 to it =>num is 1790.
1790/17 gives rem 5.

let no.is=357*y+5 now it is divided by 17 we get 5 as a remainder

the first minimum number which gives 5 is 362
when this is divided by 17 we'll get same remainder as previous.

let the no is X. so a/q X=357*n+5. so when we divide it by 17 then
x/17=(357*n+5)/17
=(21*17*n+5)/17
=21*n+ 5/17
so reminder will be 5

number= 357*k+5 where k is the quotient when divided by 357. now 357*k is perfectly divided by 17 and hence the remainder is 5

then x=(quo*357)+5
if quo=1
then x= (357)+5 = 362
362%17 = 5
so the answer is 5

then x*357+5 is the dividend. so,
(x*357+5)/17 gives 5 as remainder since 357 is evenly divisible by 17.
