answer will be
time required ((6*3)+3)/(8-6)=10.5
So answer is 24:00

answer is 9:00pm
bcs they will meet after 6 hr at 48km
and now the relative speed is 2km/hr thus
2km is covered in 60 minute then 3km can cover in????=90 minute
thus total time is=6+1.30=7:30hr
13:30+7:30=9:00pm or 21:00

in 3 hrs distance covered by jack is 18km
so eqtn will be: (18+6t)-8t=3 , so t=7.5 => ans=13.30+7.30=21:00.

At 1330 jack will be ahead by 18 kms, and paul can overcome only 2kms per hour so it will take him 9 hours to reach to jack and get 3kms ahead he ll take 1.5 hrs more. so adding 10.5 hrs to existing. which will be 12 o clock in night.

BDW there is no suck thing as 1330 am which you mentioned in the question

90+3/2=46.5
13.30+46.5=12am

so at 10:30pm both are same
at 12:00 the diff is 3 km..

answer is 19:30
and now the relative speed is 2km/hr thus
in 1.5 hrs jack will go=1.5*6=9km
so time taken by paul to move ahead of jack by 3km=(9+3)/2=6hrs
so the time will be=13:30+6:00=19:30
