54-45=9km less covered...so ans = 9/54=1/6*60= 10 mins

without stoppage speed=54km/hr
with stoppage speed =45km/hr
difference=54-45=9
since if 54km in 60 min
so 9km in 9*60/54=10 min.
ans is 10 min.

Excluding stoppages, X = 54 kmph
Including stoppages, Y = 45 kmph
By including stoppages, bus will cover 9km less (54km-45km = 9km)
i.e., Difference, Z = 9km

Time taken to cover that 9km(bus stops per hour(60 minutes))
= Z/X(60 minutes)
= 9/54(60)
= 1/6(60)
= 10 minutes.

So, the bus would have taken 10 min to stop in an hour.

rest time=(difference in speed)/(speed without stoppage)
=>(54-45)/54
=>1/6 hr
=>60*(1/6)min
=>10 min/hr

Due to stoppage,the bus covers (54-45)=9km less
so,time taken to cover 9km=((9/54)*60)min
=10 min
