if question is 1234.....4481 then solution will be this
prime factorisation of 45 is 3*3*5
ie.e number should be multiple of 9 and 5
for this 1234...4481 can be written as
(124567....4400+81)
Since last two digits are zero it is divisible by 5 and since sum of digits is 990 so it is also divisible by 9
Now the rest part is 81
when we divide 81 by 45 it will give the remainder as 36
ans is 36

take it sm=(1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+...+4481)-1
sm=(4481*4480)/2-1=10037439
now sm%45=9
so reminder=9
