Dear sir,
I humbly suggest you to arrange team outing for all the freshers involved in our ongoing project.As this will help to create a good team bonding between team members.This outing will give opportunity to all the new comers to highlight their creativity and talent. And to encourage them we can give them few awards. River rafting seems to be adventurous so if possible we can try that also. I am pretty sure that there will be a positive outcome of this outing and team members will get more charged up to work for some extra hours and will be to deal better with the customers.

I would like to suggest you to organize a team outing as an initiative towards better team bonding. This will be beneficial for the new members.River rafting is one of the activities suggested by many new members.We can also find out creative ways to attract customer towards our product in an open discussion in 'The Park'.We will compensate the day's work by doing some extra work on this weekend.We request your approval and wish you would also come along.

Sir,
I am writing this with a suggestion of team outing in coming winter vacation of this year.In our current project as you know there are twenty team members, and lack of bonding, we are facing some problems everyday.As a obvious result, delay in project.So this outing is an idea to create a good bonding between team members.There may be river rafting which is very exciting, and members will be awarded for this.New comers will get more encourage for their work from this outing.I am pretty sure it will be very useful to our company and our customers also.
