Dear Manager,
Suddenly my grand mother had fallen sick ,so i had gone for a leave on the week end.I have inform my cousin to come as soon as possible but he did not due transportation problem. I request you to extend my leave. I want give my apology for this situation and assure you this shall not happen again in future.

Dear sir,
I am very sorry to inform inform you that my grandmother is not well since last week so i had gone for a leave to see her at this weekend but unfortunately her condition is really serious now and she is all alone since my cousin is also out of town for his job.But i have informed him about her condition so he will be back soon so till then she is my responsibility i need to take care of her. So i kindly request you to extend my leave for just few days. I assure you that i will try not to repeat it in future. It shall not happen again from my side.Please accept my apology.

Dear Sir,
I wrote this mail to request you to extend my leave. As you know, I am already on leave from weekend. My grandmother is very sick. My brother had gone for leave to his company but he could not get it.
Therefore, it is my responsibility to take care of my grandmother. I had sent my cousin to inform you but due to some reasons, he did not find time for it.
So, please grant me some extra leave. I am sure it shall not happen in future again.

Dear Sir,

It is very unfortunate that i took a leave for few days because my grand mother was sick.That why i took a leave at that week end.I asked my cousin to inform that news of leaving.But today i know that he did not do this.Then i apology to you.As my grandma's condition is not well so i want to extend my leave Yours truely
