Since, repetition is allowed
no. is divisible by 4 if the no. formed by last two digits is divisible by 4.
so last 2 digits must be

Remaining 1st SIX DIGITS can be arranged in 5^6 Ways.
therefore answer is 5^6+5^6+5^6+5^6+5^6 = 78125

last two digit 24 total no=5*5*5*5*5=5^5
last two digit 32 ..................=5^5
last two digit 44 ..................=5^5
last two digit 52 ..................=5^5

ans =5*5^5

Total no form by 8 digit 5^8=390625
now, Total no of last two digit with 12 is 5^6= 15625
Total no of last two digit with 24 is 5^6= 15625
Total no of last two digit with 32 is 5^6= 15625
Total no of last two digit with 44 is 5^6= 15625
Total no of last two digit with 52 is 5^6= 15625

so the ans= 390625-(5*15625)=312500

there are for conditions which are divisible by 4 i.e

hence unit digit can be selected in two ways and rest 7 digit in 5^7 ways.
so total ways=2*5^7

1)v can place 7 position as v wish but last digit should be 4---this permutaion is 7!= 5040
2)last two digits can be 12,24,32,44,52 so here last two digits are fixed permutation is 6!*5=3600.
3) so total numbers that can be formed by 12345 are 5040+3600=8640.
