Ans= 4km/hr
Let speed of still water be s
Then according to given statement
10/(3-s) - 10/(3+s) = 8
By solving this equation
we will get s= 2 km/hr
Now we have to find actual speed of boat
so, 10/(speed of boat+2) =100/60
this gives us the speed of boat as 4 km/hr
Hence the answer is 4 km/hr
