no of 4's present from 11 to 20=1
no of 4's present from 21 to 30=1
no of 4's present from 31 to 40=2
no of 4's present from 41to 50=10
no of 4's present from 51 to 60=1
no of 4's present from 61 to 70=1
no of 4's present from 71 to 80=1
no of 4's present from 81 to 90=1
no of 4's present from 91 to 100=1
therefore totally=20
