There are two ways:

Method 1: (Conventional Way)
Add 781+76=857
Now 857/344 gives Quotient= 2 Remainder=169

Method 2: (Somewhat Unconventional)
Step 1: 781/344 gives quotient=1 and remainder=93
Step 2: 76 is less than 344, so don't divide 344. In this case the remiander is just 76.
Thus, Answer= 169

Okay here on Dividing 76 by 344 remainder will always be 76
then dividing 781 by 344 remainder is 93
thus total remainder is 93+76=169
