for N=23,29,21 you cannot make a total score of 20. It will always be greater than 20. So answer is None of this.

answer must be no of these because for the value given 3/5 let there be a common factor x

this implies that the probability should be (3x)/(5x). and while solving for the value of N the total output should be 6 raised to N which comes in denominator and will be never a multiple of 5. and if it is multiple of then the outcomes desired, will not be integer value.

We cannot get 20 if the no of dice are more than 20.. so answer is None of these
