From the given information,

10x + y = 4(x+y) +3
2x - y = 1

From the second statement as the difference between the number and its reverse is 18, teh difference between the digits is 2

y - x = 2

Solving both the equations,

x=3 and y=5

Next prime number after 35 is 37.
answer is 37

10x+y=4(x+y)+3.....1
10x+y+18=10y+x......2
solving equation 1 and 2 we get x=3 and y=5
so the number of two digit is 35
and next prime number greater than number is 37

Given that
10x + y= 4(x+y)+3
2x-y=1 ....(i)
now by the second statement
10x+y+18=10y+x
=>y-x=2 .....(ii)
from (i) and (ii) we get x=3 and y=5
number is 35
and next immediate prime no is 37 which greater than 35
