L is undisturbed
E-1=D; N-2=L; T-3=Q

DLQ is made as the first three and WKR are made as the last three.

Similarly,

F+1=G; O+2=Q; R+3=U GQU must be last three
E should be undisturbed
I-1=H; G-2=E; N-3=K HEK must be first three

Choice (C) is the answer

Mahesh is right but simply as below procedure
VIO-L-ENT & DLQ-L-WKR in these two the middle term is=L
similarly
FOR-E-IGN & HEK-E-GQU in these two the middle term is=E
so answer is option(C).
