it is given that without replacement
so for the 1st card, the probability= 7/10
similarly 2nd card, the probability= 6/9
3rd card, the probability= 5/8
etc..
answer = 7/10 * 6/9 * 5/8 * 4/7 * 3/6 * 2/5 = 1/30

max card should be 7.
so possibilities are either 7,any 5 cards from (1-6) or cards from 1-6.

case 1
choosing card 7 has probability 7/10.
now choosing other 5 cards from pack of 9 is 6/9 *5/8 * 4/7* 3/6*2/5
so prob =7/10*6/9 *5/8 * 4/7* 3/6*2/5

case2
if 7 is not selected and only 1,2,3,4,5,6 were selected prob would be 6/10*5/9*4/8*3/7*2/6*1/5
addingd both probabilities i think we would get the ans

select the 7card and from remaining 6cards we must take 5 cards so, 6C5*6/(10*9*8*7)

I think ans is 36 bcz there are 3 towns for 1 zone and intra connections are 3.
interconnections(i.e,direct lines not direct telephobe lines with other zones)=36.
36 bcz for each zone has to communicate with 3 other zones hence 4zones 9 interconnections.Therefore(4*9=36)
