Since none of them should receive less than 4Rs,first lets give 4Rs to each so 6*4 = Rs.24 is given.coins remaining = 6
The no. of ways in which the coins can be distributed = no. of ways in which 6 coins can be given to 6 persons(no matter even if someone receives none)

so
No of possible ways = 11C6 =462
