total height of 10 boys= 10*150=1500 cms.
total height of 8 boys = 1500-130-160=1210 cms
avg height of 8 boys = 1210/8= 605/4 = 151.25 cms
so these 8 boys can have height more than 140 cms also.
so max 9 boys are atleast 140 cms in height.

Out of 10 students maximum of 9 students are atleast 140cms in height.

Explanation:

One boy is 130cm height as given.
One other boy is 169cm as given.

As the question is about maximum, it is considered that another boy also is 160cm in height.

Average height is mentioned as 150. And the Average of these 3 boys height is 130+160+160/3 = 150.

So remaining 7 boys can be 150cm each.

Hence maximum 9 boys can be atleast 140cms in height.
