In the question he said that the person can start the work only on Monday so,8th day will be Monday, 9th day will take holiday then again he starts work on Monday i.e., 10th day Monday, 11th Tuesday, 12th wednsday

Person can starts work on Monday, and what is the 12th day will be..?
By the Calender problem concept,,
12 days= 1 week+ 5 odd days.
So, 12th day will be= Mon+5days= Saturday.
