->NN and OO there only possible case are 11,22,33,44,55,66.so 11 and 55 not possible.
->now 22,33,44,66 available.
->now N+O+C maximum carry generate 1 or 2.
->now carry will be 1 because O,N(2,3,4,6) as above.so value of E=9 confirm.
->E*C=NN possible case 9*7+3(carry)=66 and 9*6+1(carry)=55(not possible) because
if N=5 then R=0(that is not possible).
->now 9*7+3(carry)=66....................now u can easily solve it

In the question I haven't found any clue. So, I looked in the question after the above question 3 questions will be asked. In those 3 first question is:
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF DIGIT 'O'?
a)2 b)4 c)6 d)7
By checking I found 4 is correct so in further calculations with O=4 I got
C=7, O=4, W=3, N=6, E=9 If u multiply total then the conditions r satisfied

as we can see...w=D+1
and o+e+carry=o and carry can be max 1 or 2 let us say1...so this means e+carry i,e e+1=10 beacuse if this addition is not 10 then we do not get addition result as o itself...therfoe e=9...now focus on multiplication result (e*c=nn) then possible case for nn can be 54 and 63 bcoz 54 Cn becum 55 if carry is one and 63 will becum 66 if carry is 3...we can see 54 cannot be possible because if n is 54 this means carry from multiplication of E(9)with o is 1 which can b possible when o is either "0" or "1" both d case r nt possible so we take n as 66..this means n=6 so now c=7 and w=3 as w*e(9)=c(7) which can b possible only if w is 3...now put other values u cn gt d answer..hope i made it clear to u...

O+E=O SO E=9;(D+1=W) SO E CAN'T BE 0 SO E=9.
NOW CHECK FOR W IT CAN BE 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
NOW W CAN'T BE 1 B/C W*E=C;
LET W=2
THAN C=8 NOW 9*8+(CARRY FROM 9*0)=NN IT CAN BE ONLY 77 HENCE N=7
MEANS CARRY =5 SO O=6
