ATQ:-
Exponential Growth occurs. Clearly 153600= 512x300= 8^3x300
For this much amount of growth to occur- the growth of the bact. would have been-
3.00-4.00 pm = 300x8^0
4-5 pm= 300x8^1
5-6 pm= 300x8^2
6-7 pm= 300x8^3, Hence at 7 pm its 153600. Thus,
proceeding same way- at 10 pm prop of Bacteria is 300x8^6-Ans

Do you mean there will be no growth from 3 pm to 4 pm.

I think for exponential growth to happen,it is possible that the rate of growth will be zero for a certain period of time.
