SOLUTION :

At first
A cotain Milk = 25 Water = 0
B cotain Milk = 00 Water = 25
5 litres of milk taken from A and poured in B then
A cotain Milk = 20 Water = 0
B cotain Milk = 5 Water = 25
6 litres(1 lit Milk & 5 lit Water) of mixture from B and poured in A.
So, Finally
A cotain Milk = 21 Water = 5
B cotain Milk = 4 Water = 20
Ratio of water in A & B is 5:20 = 1:4

first from question
A contains milk=25 liters and water=0
B contains milk=0 and water=25 liters
5 liters of milk taken from A and poured in B then
A contains milk=20 liters and water=0
B contains milk=5 and water=25 liter
6 liter of mixture poured from B to A
6 liters=(1liter of milk and 5 liter of water) ....(ie 25liters of water/5liters of milk ...5:1)
So, Finally
A contain Milk = 21 liters and water= 5 liters
B contain Milk = 4 liter of milk and 20liters of water
Ratio of water in A & B is 5:20 = 1:4

for 6 lit of mixture from B, why are you particularly choosing 1 lit milk and 5 lit water?? why cant it be 5 lit milk and 1 lit water??

There are only 2 vessels A and B...
Not 4 each containing wate and milk respectively..
So A has Milk and B has Water
A = 25 and B =25
5 litre taken from A and poured into B i.e A=20 & b30
now 6 litre of mixture is taken from B and poured into A i.e. A=26 and b = 24Now Ratio becomes 13:12

on pouring 5 ltrs yo b ratio becomes= 1:5 ,,, then again on pouring 6ltrs on A .. milk=21 lt and water 5 ltr thus ratio = 21:5
