So the dimension is (6*8) or (8*6).
Total number of tiles is 48.

area must be equal,(i.e. area covered by strip should be equal to area not covered by strip)

dimensions are 8*6 = 48.
where red =24 and white = 24. area is 48.

lenth=6
bredth=4

arrange 6red lenghwise both top and bottom which already takes two blocks of breadth. fill rest 2 breadth wise. Now there is 4X$ space left where white blocks are filled.
Thus = 16 red and 16 white is minimal dimensions
