its is all in the presetn tense... and this event is happening so the other are cases of if's so not possible and two thats cant be present in joining these sentences... most logival ans is 3

@Anand Patra, i gues, presence of two 'That' in a sentence mi8 nt always be illogical... Sum xamples-(https://english.stackexchange.com/questions/3418/how-do-you-handle-that-that-the-double-that-problem), (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/That_that_is_is_that_that_is_not_is_not_is_that_it_it_is). I always had a notion - 'that' follows the phrase 'so much'... So i gues chosing option 1. wont be a bad.
