the series as follows :
2+2 = 4(first no)
4+4 = 8(just increment 4)
8+6 = 14(just take the second obtained no and add 6)
14+8 = 22(took the 3rd no and incremented by 8)
22+10 = 32(same process as above)
32+12 = 44(the required no obtained)

if you see the second row from left there is a increment of 2 as 2,4,6,8,10,12.
therefore, we got the required no as 44.

44, there is a difference of 2 between successive addtion.

4+4=8 8+6=14 14+8=22 22+10=32 32+12=44

The difference between each consecutive number increases by 2..so in the last term we will add +12 i.e 32+12=44
