at 1000th place we have 7 ways in this place we can put from 1-7 any digit ,"0" cant be placed here because if it will place here than our no will be of 3 digits .
now at 100th place 0 can be place so again 7 ways.
At 10th place we have 6 options.
and at unit place we have only 5 options
so total ways are=7*7*6*5=1470.
