Let the amount is Rs.100
70% discount = Rs.70, Price = Rs.30
40% discount = Rs.40 Price = Rs.60 again 30% discount on 60 is Rs.18 so Remaining amount 60-18 = Rs.42
If you want less amount, then 70% discount is better
If you want more amount, then 40 and 30% discount is better

assume for 100rs
1.70% discount on that so price=30rs
2. 40%discount on 100rs becomes 60rs then 30% disc on 60rs 60-18=42
so u can choose which is better one!!
